on the market today. Heated, chilled, and specially designed
rolls, to meet your production needs, are designed and ground
to tolerances that meet or exceed industry standards. Specialty
designed rubber sleeve rolls systems on swing out mandrels
are available for that quick change needed for width variations
to minimize down time to meet production schedules. (Most
changes within 2 minutes)
Coaters
The type of coater required is dependent on substrates,
coating chemistry, desired coating thickness and the aesthetics
of the finished product. CCC has designed coating stations
to handle most types of coatings including solvent, water
based, silicones, hot melt, urethane, various reactive systems,
UV, and powder and web adhesives.

Laminators
CCC is a recognized industry leader in the supply of powder
and web adhesive laminators. In addition, CCC has expertise
in pressure sensitive; heat reactivated, plastisol, embossing,
thermo bonding as well as UV and EB reactive methods of
laminating.
